Have Any Questions?  We Have The Answers!

 - What can I do with my Wish List?

You can manage your Wish List, creating/renaming the Wish List, updating item quantities (setting the quantity of any particular item to 0 will remove it from the Wish List), move these items to the Shopping Cart and delete the Wish List at any time to remove all items added to it.

 - I cannot access my Wish List.

To access your Wish List you have to log in first.

- Are your lighting fittings safe?

All our light fittings are produced and tested in accordance to the strictest European safety standards (EN 60.598-1).

 - Where can I find information about the bulbs of your light fittings.

This information is found in the product page of each and every one of our light fittings.

 - What about the installation of your light fittings?

All fixed wall and ceiling lighting fittings have to be installed by a qualified electrician. If the external wiring of any light fitting has been damaged after purchase this has to be replaced exclusively by the manufacturer, distributor or a qualified electrician.

Always isolate the light fitting from the electrical supply power before commencing their installation, maintenance or repair.

- What is the significance of the listed light fitting IP Code?

The IP Code, International Protection Marking, IEC standard 60529, classifies and rates the degree of protection provided against intrusion (body parts such as hands and fingers), dust, accidental contact, and water by mechanical casings and electrical enclosures.

 - What maintenance do your carpets need?

During the first weeks of use, all our carpets will tend to lose some fibres due to the normal shedding of excess fibers. For longhaired and voluminous rugs, this shedding will be more pronounced and will last longer. These excess fibres can be easily removed using a simple vacuum cleaner.

When it comes to cleaning our carpets, it is not recommended to use a carpet sweeper or brush that are too abrasive. In the case of staining, attempt to remove the stain as immediately as possible by passing a cloth dampened with water and a mild soap over the affected area followed by rinsing the area with a sponge soaked in warm water.

 - How do I store your carpets away?

Roll up the carpet when you need to store them away making sure to never bend or fold them them over.

- Are the measurements of your carpets exactly as listed?

Variations in measurements of up to +/- 3% are to be expected as with any textile product.

 - Are all prices V.A.T. included?

Yes, all prices include V.A.T. of 18,00%.
